- APPLICATION NOTE #464: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
- APPLICATION NOTE #549: Replaces OE rear blocks for .5" of rear lift over stock on F-250. Lowers F-350 rear ride height by .5" compared to stock.

Overview
This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5-3” coilover system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance. The Stage 6 system is perfect for on-road and off-road use including towing, job site duty and general off-road adventure. The advantage of utilizing a coilover conversion kit is that they have been designed to increase the overall damping ability of the vehicle while at the same time allowing for user-defined ride height adjustment. The 2.5" Remote Reservoir Coilover featured in these kits is based off ICON’s 2.5 VS Series shock line - meaning that features like ICON engineered coil springs, FK Rod End bearings, and vehicle-specific valving come standard. ICON's Stage 6 System is comprised of ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV front secondary shocks, ICON 2.5 Centerline Steering Stabilizer, on vehicle adjustable track bar, bump steer correcting track bar drop bracket, fabricated radius arms, rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts for a more compliant ride and reduced axle wrap, and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input.
This stage sees the inclusion of the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty 4-Link kit further improving performance by eliminating suspension bind commonly experienced with factory radius arms during articulation and allows on-vehicle caster angle adjustment. This “freeing up” of the front end and the ability of the 4-Link Kit to maintain positive caster through the range of travel equates to an unparalleled ride quality in all conditions.
