High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the durability and protection needed for aggressive off-road use. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a compliant ride on the street while delivering the stability and control required during aggressive off-road driving. High-clearance billet rear lower links with replaceable nylon rock sliders increase rear articulation while protecting critical components from trail impacts. Featuring ICON's double adjuster system, the rear lower links allow on-vehicle adjustment for different ride heights and pinion angles, providing precise suspension tuning without removal. The result is ICON's most advanced Tundra suspension system, delivering exceptional ride quality, maximum articulation, and uncompromising off-road performance with the clearance to run 37-inch tires at full articulation.

Features
