Awesome, awesome, awesome. I can’t get over this flag pole. Flag pole is sturdy and mount works as designed. I used a piece of 2x4 to mount on my truck (have a bed cover, and needed to extend out to clear the cover lip). Although, I recommend a 2x6 because I had to install lag bolt inward at an angle to Hold the mount to ensure plank wouldn’t split and mount flying off. Only inconvenience I find is the flag will occasionally twist around the pole because the flag attaches to eye bolts and not rotating flag rings.
