DROP YOUR F/X-Body 2” WITH RIDETECH STEEL LEAF SPRINGS!
While your old leaf springs may look fine, looks are often deceiving. Leaf springs actually do wear out and lose some of their spring rate over time, which leads to undesirable handling. Designed for enthusiasts who want upgraded performance without abandoning a proven suspension design, Ridetech’s steel leaf springs lower your F- or X-Body’s ride height while improving handling, ride quality, and overall vehicle control. They lower the rear by 2” from factory while maintaining great ride quality thanks to the 175 lb/in spring rate, which also adds a more sporty feel out back.
These leaf spring sets drop the rear of these vehicles by two inches via the included steel leafs, shackles, Delrin bushings, and all necessary hardware for a seamless installation. These leaf springs withstand the elements thanks to an epoxy/graphite primer and black topcoat. For those needing to replace more of their classic’s suspension than just leaf springs, these steel leafs are a great combination with our 1.5” steel body RQ-S shocks and can be ordered together as part of a complete StreetGRIP system that transforms the handling, performance and ride quality of your F-Body or X-body build.

- Includes shackles, Delrin bushings for front and rear leaf eye’s and upper shackle frame mount, J-clip nuts and mounting bolts.

- Delrin bushings are used to reduce stiction, maximize lateral stability and minimize spring wrap.
- Coated with an epoxy/graphite primer and black topcoat.
