When coupled with the cover’s robust aluminum substructure, the FRP panels can withstand up to 300 pounds evenly distributed, allowing you to carry boards, plywood, or practically any other oversized cargo on top of the cover.

Stylistically, the BAKFlip Fibermax features an ultra-low-profile design, with the textured gloss-black FRP panels sitting practically flush with your pickup’s bed rails. When viewing your pickup’s profile, the flush-mount bed cover practically vanishes for a sleek, subtle appearance. Using the BAKFlip Fibermax is a breeze. With the tailgate unlocked and open, reach under the cover to access the release cables. Once unlatched, fold the cover forward and secure it in either the ⅔ open position or fold it once more against the rear window for full cargo access. If you’d like to drive in this position, engage the integrated prop rods and you’re ready to drive.
