Fabtech’s 6″ Radius Arm lift kit has been built for the Ford Super Duty to handle the on and offroad demands of the truck enthusiast. This system is a heavy duty upgrade to the factory suspension and will provide additional strength to the vehicle.

The heart of this high quality lift kit is Fabtech’s legendary tubular Radius Arms. The tubular structure design is the combination of our extensive offroad racing history and our desire to provide a smooth, compliant driving experience. The result is a suspension system with superior strength that can handle rugged offroad terrain and still navigate a grocery store parking lot with ease.

The heavy duty track bar relocation bracket and new pitman arm center the front axle under the vehicle which allows for full lock steering of 12.50 wide tires on 5″ back spacing wheels. The front suspension receives Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.5 Resi Coilovers that have been developed to handle the most punishing offroad conditions while delivering a plush highway ride. The rear suspension gets lift blocks with integrated bump stops that won’t change the ride quality or load carrying capacity.

The redesigned Radius Arms have a new side plate and bold laser cut logo that gives them a modern aggressive look that will turn heads as you tackle the toughest offroad terrain.

Radius Arms

Redesigned tubular construction and side plate provide superior strength and modern aggressive look. The arms are offset for full turning radius with 12.50 wide tires on 5″ back space wheels. Adjustable alignment cams on the arms allow for an additional 1.5 degrees of caster adjustment.

DIRT LOGIC 2.5 CONVERSION

Simplistic super stout 1/4″ thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to bolt in the Dirt Logic 2.5 Resi Coilover. A 2.5″ diameter stainless steel body with 7/8″ NitroSteel® piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability for aggressive driving conditions. Coil springs handle the weight of the Super Duty while providing 2″ of increased wheel travel over stock. The remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for consistent damping when driving over extreme terrain at high speed.

Track Bar Bracket

1/4″ thick steel bracketry re-positions the factory track bar to center the axle under the vehicle with the increased lift height. Super stout box style bracket is designed to eliminate deflection when the track bar moves through its full cycle.

Dropped Pitman Arm

Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the Super Duty to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar for enhanced steering functionality.

Front & Rear Bump Stop Brackets

Heavy duty 1/4″ thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stop cushions down to eliminate over cycling of the suspension. The bracket’s heavy duty construction can handle the full impact compression of the massive Super Duty.

Sway Bar Brackets

1/4″ thick steel drop brackets re-position the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.

Brake Line Brackets

Re-positions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.

Steering Stabilizer Brackets

Retains the stock Ford heavy duty steering stabilizer with a 1/4″ thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.

Rear Lift Blocks

Cast iron rear lift blocks with an integrated bump stop replace the stock blocks for additional lift without changing the ride quality of the factory rear suspension or load carrying capacity.

Rear U-Bolts

U-Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that demands the best quality for your vehicle.
