The BDS 3.5" Lift kit for 2019–2024 GM 1500 trucks delivers a premium blend of improved stance, enhanced ride quality, and off-road capability. This system features heavy-duty BDS tubular upper control arms equipped with high-strength ball joints that are significantly stronger than OEM, reducing the risk of unwanted failures and ensuring long-term durability. The arms also optimize ball joint angles and increase suspension travel for reliable performance in demanding conditions. Up front, FOX 2.5 Performance Series coil-overs provide vehicle-specific tuning, exceptional cooling, and precise ride-height control to achieve a true 2" level while contributing to the kit’s superior ride comfort. Complementing the front, FOX 2.5 Performance Series rear shocks deliver balanced handling, fade-resistant performance, and enhanced stability on and off the road. The result is a durable, high-performance leveling solution that maintains factory-like drivability while offering a stronger, more aggressive stance and noticeably improved all-terrain ride quality.

Features

BDS upper control arms which feature improved range of motion as well as increased strength over the OEM components.
FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coil over and shock absorber which improves ride, handling and towing versus the OEM suspension.

5.5" max wheel backspacing can be used
Will fit Trail Boss/AT4 models however will net 1.5" of lift over factory ride height
All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition
Mono-Leaf models require Qty 4 UBT4025 u-bolts for installation.
Will not fit models equipped with ARC
2.7L Turbo models use Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
