BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2006-2008 Dodge RAM 1500 4WD trucks with a 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stanceperformanceand capabilitythis kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearancestrengthand offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up frontthe kit utilizes top mounted strut spacershigh-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar dropsbump stop extensionsstainless steel braided brake linesCV spacerssupplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear this kit utilizes heavy duty cast steel lift blocksbrake line bracket and longer u-bolts. The rear of these kits are rounded out with your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks to offer improved damper performance.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strengthCNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

  • Important Notes

    • Will not fit Mega-Cab models.
    • The Rack and Pinion steering system is extremely sensitive to an out-of-round or out-of-balance tire/wheel combination. As you increase the tire diameter and/or decrease the wheel backspacing the more sensitive the system becomes and can cause minor steering wheel shimmy.
    • Not recommended for AWD models.
    • TRX models require the removal of OE lower skid plate.
    • Stock 17" wheels can not be re-installed. Stock 20" wheelscan be reinstalled with stock tires.
    • This kit is FMVSS No.126 Compliant
