In order to maximize product offerings and availability, items may ship from either Trucks R Us warehouses or directly from product manufacturer’s facilities. For items drop-shipped from third-party facilities, real-time inventory data may not be available and backorders are possible.

If an item is backordered, Trucks R Us will contact the customer with an estimated ship date. In the event of an unavailable or backordered item, the customer may request order cancellation for a full refund.

Please note that Trucks R Us does not guarantee any ship dates or delivery dates, and accepts no liability for delays in order fulfillment.

This information is provided by product manufacturers and is assumed to be accurate at the time of publishing. How do I request a replacement for a missing or damaged part?

Upon receipt, please inspect all orders for completion, accuracy, and damage. If packaging appears to be damaged, ensure to photograph the damage, as this may be required for a shipping carrier claim.

Use the Live-Chat feature or Contact page, ensuring to include your order number, contact information, and description of the incorrect or damaged part(s). One of our team members will contact you to correct the issue.

What product warranties does Trucks R Us offer?

Product warranties are solely offered by product manufacturers. Please refer to the product manufacturer's warranty statement. In the event of a warranty claim, Trucks R Us is available to assist with the manufacturer's required documentation. Please use the Live-Chat feature or Contact page if assistance is required.
